Sentireal® is proud to announce that it has been selected as one of four suppliers to develop a proof- of-concept and collaborate with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) on the use of mobile/wearable devices and augmented reality technologies to support independent living for people with acquired brain injuries. This collaboration involves the creation of assistive technologies to promote independence in cooking activities for approximately 2,500 Service Users registered with the North Wales Brain Injury Service. This work is also supported by the Welsh Government and Innovate UK through the Small Business Research Initiative programme.
Dr. David Trainor, Founder and Principal of Sentireal®, took part in a lively panel session at the ARVR Innovate conference in Dublin on 28th April 2016. The discussion topic was "Augmented and Virtual Reality in Industry and Enterprise" and the panel consisted of AR/VR experts from a variety of industries.
